Breaking News-Government to Make Separate Boards For Matric (SSC) & Inter (HSSC) Exams
We have a breaking news for you. According to media reports government has decided to divide all boards of intermediate and secondary education. Separate examination taking bodies will be established for HSSC and SSC. Both the boards will have their separate chairman, Secretary and controller of examination. Proposed inter and matric boards will be complete autonomous bodies. Provincial education department will control the both bodies.
Education department has send a summary to government for this purpose. After the final approval from government, separate examination taking bodies will be established in the next year. At present boards of intermediate and secondary education are taking the exams of both matric and inter. Every year number of students, who appear in SSC and HSSC exams is increasing. About forty percent increase in exam takers has been noticed during the last few years. Work load has increased a lot due which efficiency level of staff has affected.
All the boards are also facing the problem of lack of human resource and this crises is increasing day by day. According to daily express soon a notification will be issued in this regard. Government has also decided to make fool proof arrangement for announcement of results. Students and teachers have welcomed this move by the Punjab government.
