Punjab government has launched to launch CM Punjab Apna Ghar(Ashiana) Housing Scheme 2021 . The aim of this project is to provide small low cost flats to the low income citizens of Punjab province. All those citizens who have domicile of Punjab and do not have their own house can apply under this scheme. Housing has become a big problem in Pakistan and an ordinary man can not buy house with his saving. There was need of such a project, which facilitates the low income people in buying a house for them in easy installments. Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif launched Ashiana housing scheme in his last regime, which was a very popular project. Now it seems that government has changed the name of scheme. It will be merit base project and computerized draw will be held to select the name of allottees. National press will be invited in the function of lucky draw to ensure transparency in the process of draw.
Eligibility Criteria of CM Punjab Apna Ghar (Ashiana) Housing Scheme 2021
Accumulative monthly family income of candidate;s family must be below 50,000 rupees.
Candidate should not have any house or plot in his/her name.
Candidate should not be bank defaulter. Remember that if you have got a yellow cab or house under Ashiana scheme and still paying its installments then you are not eligible to apply.
Applicants must have no police record.
Applicant age; age must be up to 55 years.
Widows and females are also eligible.
Candidate must be able to pay the installments.

1-Minimum monthly installment is 8000 rupees
2-Price of flat starts from 11 lac 99 thousand rupees.
3-Only single and double bed room flats are available.
4-Flats will be constructed at Ashiana Iqbal Burkey Road near Lahore airport.
