Foundation University FUI Islamabad has announced with its latest admission process for year of 2021 for its degree programs of MBBS as well as BDS and DPT categories. Below we will be discussing in detail about the admission guidelines and criteria of each single program of this university.

 

Admission Guidelines Given by Foundation University Islamabad for MBBS Program:
For the admission in their MBBS program, there are almost 150 seats that have been reserved for students. Students from all over Pakistan can apply freely in this university and be a part of their MBBS program. The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of merit criteria that has been set by this university. This admission and selection criteria is according to the rules of PM&DC. Overseas students can also apply.

All the applicants who are applying in their MBBS program, they can get their admission form from the office of Manager Students Affairs. Students can even download their application form as from the Foundation University website www.fui.edu.pk.

Eligibility Criteria for MBBS Program
To apply in their MBBS program, an applicant should be having the score of 60% in its FSc degree program. They must have 60% score in their subjects of Chemistry and Biology.
Applicants have to appear in the entry test so that they can qualify for a seat in programs of MBBS / BDS.
For the applicants who are applying as overseas, they should have the passing score in their examination which will be equivalent to FSc. They should have passed their science subjects of Biology and Chemistry along with the score of 60% marks.

They should be having dual nationality and resident status in their foreign country.
All the overseas students who are applying, they must be showing SAT-II examination score along with minimum 550 marks in each of three subjects or they can show MCAT score along with minimum aggregate score of 24.

 

 

Important Documents to be Submitted In Foundation University Islamabad
Applicants have to attach one copy of SSC or their equivalent kind of foreign qualification certificate and also one copy of their HSSC or their foreign qualification certificate with their admission form. They should attach one copy of their national identity card and also the national identity card of their father or guardian. They should also provide the attested copy of their domicile and also their 3-4 recent passport size coloured photographs . Foreign students should attach passport copy along with visa copy and also complete documentation of their valid TOEFL or IELTS test score. They should have a score of 500 or 5.5 particularly and respectively.

 

 

Admission Guidelines Mentioned by Foundation University Islamabad for BDS Program
For their BDS program, almost 50 seats have been announced. Admissions of the students will be carried out on the basis of pure merit and this merit will be determined by university as per the admission and selection criteria which is set by this PM&DC. BDS applicants can get their admission form from office and department of Manager Students Affairs or they can also download it from the university website which is www.fui.edu.pk.

 

 

Eligibility Criteria for BDS Program
To get admission in their BDS program, the applicant should have 60% score in its FSc studies.
All applicants will have to appear for entry test.
Institutional aptitude test will be carried out and processed in university.

 

 

Admission Guidelines Given by Foundation University Islamabad for DPT Program:
For admission in their DPT program, the applicant must have score of atleast 55% in their FSC pre medical study program. For the foreign applicants, they must have passed their equivalent examination with minimum 55% marks.
Dates and Schedule
Admissions will be opened from 00st October 2021.
Last date to submit with the application form is 00 November 2021.
Display list of the selected applicants will be displayed on 0th November 2021.
Interviews of the applicants will be held in December 2021.
Classes sessions will be commence on 1st week of January 2022.
