USEFP has invited application from English teachers of government schools for its USEFP teaching excellence and achievement program TEA 2018-19. Secondary school teachers can get an opportunity to improve their teaching skills and increase their knowledge about their subject and United States of America. U.S Department of States is providing all the findings for USEFP teaching excellence and achievement program TEA 2018-19. Only secondary school teachers of English are eligible to apply for this program. Its a six month fully funded program in United States of America for the development of professional skills of English teachers of government schools.

This program is designed to enhance teachers’ expertise in the following areas
Latest useful teaching methodologies.
Best practice teaching techniques
Word processing as a instructional tools
Best teaching strategies for home environment
Use of computer and internet in teaching
Deeper understanding for teaching strategies for the home environment
Public school English teachers, teaching class 6 to 10.
Male and female citizens of Pakistan with permanent residence in the country.
Applicants must have at least five years of English language teaching experience in government schools.
Applicants must have good command over English writing and speaking.
Applicant must have program to stick with his/her profession at least for 5 years.
Applicant must have at least bachelor degree from any recognized university.
Dual nationality holders of USA and Pakistan
Those applicants whose parent, spouse, fiance or kids over eighteen years of age are citizens or permanent resident of USA.
Employees of full bright organization or the USA Department of States and their dependents are not eligible to apply.
Alumni of TEA and other USEFP programs also can not apply for USEFP teaching excellence and achievement program TEA 2018-19.
Applicants who have applied for immigration of any other country of the world.
Round trip travel to and within the United States of America.
Welcome program in US capital.
Academic fee and other expenditures.
Shared accommodation with program fellows and meals.
Special professional development allowance & maintenance allowance for the duration of the program.
Free transportation facility to local field experience
Workshop at the end of program in US capital.
Opportunity to apply for teaching excellence and achievement TEA Alumni small grants.

Private schools teachers are not eligible to apply for USEFP teaching excellence and achievement program 2018-19.
Its a non-degree six months program.
NOC is required for the head of department or institution.
Selected candidates will have to pass TOEFL test but they will not have to pay TOEFL fee.
All the program participants will have to return immediately to Pakistan upon completion of the programs.
You can not take your dependents with you.
Its a national program but still women, disable persons and English teachers of government secondary schools belonging to FATA, KPK, AJK, Giligit & Baltistan, Baluchistan, Northern Sindh and Southern Punjab will be given preference.
