18560 New Permanent Jobs in Punjab Government, PPSC Will Take the Tests for Above Grade 15 Posts
Punjab government has decided to recruit 18560 new permanent government servants from grade 1 to 18. As per media reports Chief Minister Punjab has approved the summary and notification has been issued in this regard. Chief Minister has issued order to convert some developmental projects in to non-developmental project for recruiting the 18560 government servants. Departments will first make the service rules and then the recruitment process will be started. S & GAD department has issued the notification for this purpose. As per daily dunya the notification number is SO(ERB)5-3/2014/Contract(Project).
In the next coming three months procedure will be decided about the recruitment in different provincial departments. Posts of grade 1 to 15 will be filled through departmental tests while posts from grade 16 to 18 will be filled through Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC).
