Two Years Physiotherapy Technology Program Lahore General Hospital (LGH) Lahore Admissions 2021
Lahore General Hospital Lahore has announced admission in 2 years Physiotherapy technology in session 2021-23. Admission will be granted on open merit base. Only resident and domicile holders of Punjab province can apply.
Eligibility Criteria
1-Applicant must have passed Matriculation exam with science subjects(Physics, Chemistry, Biology) with minimum 45 % marks from any BISE of Punjab.
2-Applicants who have got at least 45 % marks in FSc Pre Medical will be given 20 extra marks.
3-Hafiz-e-Quran will also get 10 extra marks.
4-Applicant’s age must be below 35 years on 0-12-2021.
Documents Required
Applicants are directed to attach attested copies of following documents with their form.
1-Matriculation certificate
2-Domicile of Punjab
3-National identity card
4-One passport size photograph
Additional Documents (If Applicable)
a-FSc Pre Medical certificate
b-Certificate of disability issued by any government hospital
c-Certificate of Hifz-ul-Quran issued by any recognized Islamic institute
Form & Schedule
1-Application form is available from relevant office in just 70 rupees. Photocopy of application form is not acceptable. Lat date for submission of forms with all required document s is 00-00-2021. Government servants can also apply for admission through their department head. Late and incomplete forms will not be accepted.
2-List of all candidates will be displayed on 00-00-2021.
3-List of successful candidates will be displayed on 00 December, 2021.
4-Last date for submission of fee is 00-00-2021.
5-Admission of such candidates will be canceled, who will not submit their dues and their seats will be given to next candidates in merit list.
No monthly stipend will be given during training. Students will have to pay fee and fund fixed by government.Students will also have to obey the rules set by government.
