Pharmaceutical companies can not bear their loss at all.  Yes these companies have become an mafia. Being a internet use you daily see ads of so-called magical medicines on your screen.

The margin of profit in this business in better than any other business of the world. Being a BSc degree holder in homeopathic medicine i am also running a pharmaceutical business and my profit in that business is much more than my all other businesses. Unfortunately here in Pakistan there is a strong mafia in health department, which will take bribe from you in each and every step of your career as an medicine manufacturer, alas its an integral part of our system.

Career Options After Intermediate
Following degrees and diplomas are helpful for you for entering in the business of pharmacy.

B-Pharmacy
FSc pre medical students can get admission in B-Pharmacy but now this degree has lost its attraction in Pakistan after the launch of Pharm-D degree. Still many universities in Pakistan are offering B-Pharmacy degree. If you fail to get admission in Pharm-D program then try for this option.

Pharm-D
Pharm-D is the best degree in Pharmacy in Pakistan. This degree allows you to use the prefix of dr with your name. You may find job of Pharmacist not only in Pakistan but also abroad after graduating.

BEMS
BEMS is the best degree for those who are interested in the business and production of herbal and alternative medicines. You must have clear FSc Pre Medical or equivalent exam with minimum 50% marks for getting admission in BEMS. People are coming back towards nature and there is great demand of herbal medicines not only in Pakistan but also in the whole world. Margin of profit in this field is much better than allopathic medicines.

BHMS
Being an Homeopathic practitioner, i want to admit before you that margin of profit and demand of homeopathic medicines is much more that allopathic and herbal medicines. BHMS is the best degree for those who want to join homeopathic pharmacy field. Here i want to clear on all my readers that there is no separate pharmacy degree in herbal and homeopathic medicine.

Career Options After Matriculation
If you are just matriculate with science subjects and want to enter in the field of pharmacy then you have following three options.

B-Category
B-Category is a 2 year diploma for those who want to open allopathic medical store or have desire to work as assistant pharmacist in pharmaceutical companies. Medium of instruction is Urdu in this diploma.

DHMS
DHMS is a four year diploma course in Homeopathic medicine and after completing you may not only start your clinic but also launch your own homeopathic medical store and pharmacy.

FTJ
Just like DHMS, FTJ is also a four year diploma program in traditional and herbal medicine.
