One of the leading bank commercial bank of Pakistan( Most probably Allied Bank Limited) has invited applications for the posts Phone Banking Officers (PBOs) in Lahore. Bank has hired the services of an HR company (HRS Global) for hiring purpose. It was mentioned in the news paper ad that bank has a huge network of 950+ online branches and 790+ ATMs in Pakistan and it is a 70 years old bank. All these things indicate that its Allied Bank Limited, but still its a guess.
Eligibility Criteria
Skills Required
Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
Candidate should be ready to work in any shift.
Candidate should have ability to deal effectively with difficult customers.
Ability to work in a pressure atmosphere.
Education, Experience & Others
Applicants must have at least a bachelor degree. Commerce and business graduates will be given preference.
Fresh graduates willing to work in customer services role can also apply.
Experienced call center agents and tele marketing experts will be encouraged to apply.
Applicants age must be below 30 years on June 00, 2022.
Selected applicants will be given detailed training about products and services of bank before regular appointment.
PBOs will be given market-based reasonable salary plus performance based shift allowance.
