Breaking News- Punjab Educators Will Be Given Joining in September & Salary in December 2015
We have a sad breaking news for those candidates who have been elected as educator in Punjab. As per media news Punjab educators will be given joining in September, 2015. Till September educators will be given training. Salaries of educators will be released from December 2015. Punjab government has recruited 19000 educators of grade 9, 14 and 16 to fill the vacant posts but now their joining has been postponed till September, 2015. Earlier it was decided that educators will join on 1st April, 2015. Educators will be given 15 days training but they will not be given joining letters. It seems that government do not want to give the salary of summer vocations to newly recruited educators.
Local bodies elections will be held in September and educators will join in the same month. Hopefully they will be called for election duty immediately after joining. As per sources of education department this decision has been taken for the verification of certificates and degrees of selected candidates. Degrees and certificates of all selected candidates will be sent to their relevant educational institutions for verification. This process will be completed in three months. That’s why educators will start getting their salaries after completion of verification process. So be chill and wait till September for joining but monthly salaries will be released in December as it seems that verification process will be started after Summer Vocations in September 2015.
But if you will be allowed to join in September then hopefully in December, you will be given salaries of 3 months along with election duty allowance.
