Comsats is one of the best educational institute of Pakistan which is striving to promote quality higher education in the country. Comsats offers lot of scholarship opportunities for its students. Some scholarships are  need base while other are merit base. We shall briefly discuss the all Comsats scholarships programs one by one.

1-CIIT Endowment Fund (CIITEF) Scholarship

Eligibility For CIITEF Scholarship
Applicant must have got minimum seventy percent marks in both Matric and intermediate level examinations. Students who are awaiting the result of intermediate part two are also eligible to apply for the grant of CIITEF scholarship.
Only those candidates are eligible for CIITEF scholarships who are securing admission in any graduation level program at any CIIT campus.

Application Procedure
Students will have apply simultaneously for admission as well as CIITEF scholarship. Interested candidates can down load the scholarship application form from the official website of Comsats i.e www Then submit the dully filled hard copy of CIITEF scholarship form with all required documents at your concerned campus of CIIT.

In the year 2014 the schedule for submission of CIITEF scholarship application form is given below
Students of Islamabad, Lahore and Abbottabad campuses can submit their application forms till Friday, 27 June, 2014. While the students who are going to get admission in Wah, Attock, Sahiwal and Vehari campuses are directed to submit their application forms till Friday 11 July, 2014.

2-HEC Need Base Scholarship
CIIT also offers fully funded HEC need base scholarships to the students of undergraduate level. Students of all disciplines may apply for these scholarships.

3-ICT R&D Fund Scholarship
ICT R&D fund scholarships are also fully funded scholarships for students of undergraduate degree programs. Students must have got Matric/intermediate degree from any approved institutes. The list of approved schools and colleges is available at www,

4-PM Tuition Fee Reimbursement Scheme for Less Developed Areas
Under this scheme scholarships are granted to the students who are enrolled in Masters, MS and PhD programs. You can check the list of under developed areas and universities on the official website of Higher Education Commission.

5-PAK-USAID Merit and Need Based Scholarship Program
These are fully funded scholarships for financially weak students of undergraduate and graduate level programs. Half scholarships are reserved for female candidates. Only the students of engineering and technology disciplines are eligible for these scholarships.

Partial support is provided for walk-in needy students of CIIT under this scheme.

Interest free loan is provided to the students of Comsats under this program.

8-BS Mathematics Scholarship
100 percent tuition fee will be waived under this scheme. Applicant must have got 60 percent marks in FSc/O level along with 60 % marks in Mathematics too. This scholarship is available in Islamabad campus only.

9-Punjab Educational Endowment Fund Scholarship
These scholarships are only for the needy and talented students of bachelor and master level programs who have the domicile of Punjab and whose family income is less than 30000 per month.

10-Worker Welfare Fund Scholarship
These scholarships are reserved for the brilliant children of industrial and factory workers.

11-Benevolent Fund
Under this fund financial assistance is provided to children of federal government employees. Only bachelor level students of Engineering, IT and business administration discipline are eligible for these awards.

12-Pakistan Engineering Council Scholarships
Only the children of engineers(who are registered with PEC), are eligible for these merit base awards. These scholarships are for undergraduate and graduate level programs only.
