Chief Minister Punjab Apna Rozgar Yellow Cab (Taxi) Scheme 2021-22 Form, Schedule & Eligibility
Punjab government has reserved 25 billion rupees in the 2021-22 budget for Chief Minister Punjab Yellow cab scheme 2021-22. Punjab government will distribute more than double taxis this year. About 50000 taxis will be distributed under this scheme in the financial year 2021-22. Last time 20000 taxis were distributed under CM Punjab Taxi scheme. Successful applicants will have to pay 20 percent down payment. Special extra quota has been  reserved for Southern districts of province.
Eligibility Criteria For CM Punjab Yellow Cab Scheme 2021-22
1-Candidate must have the domicile certificate of any district Punjab.
2-Condition for minimum required education has been removed now,
3-Valid driving license is also mandatory for each applicant issued before ……………., 2021.
4-Value of total assets of applicant and his family must be below 2 million rupees.
5-Applicant must not be defaulter of any bank.
6-Applicant must not be involved in any criminal activity.
7-Applicant must be between 21 to 40 years old on ……………, 2021.
8-Applicant must be jobless.
9-Two guarantors are required.
10-Both male and female citizens of Punjab are eligible.
11-Applicant will have to provide a affidavit about his character and net worth of property.
.General Information About CM Yellow Cab Scheme 2021-22
Both male and female citizens of Punjab can apply for Chief minister’s yellow cab scheme 2021-22. Green color Suzuki Ravi and Bolan will be distributed among the selected candidates. Quota will be reserved for each district of Punjab. Bank of Punjab will lease the yellow cabs. Applicants will be selected through transparent computerized balloting. Computerized balloting will be conducted in front of media to ensure transparency. District verification committee (DVC) will verify the credentials of all applicants. District Coordinating Officer will head the DVC. Grievance redressal committees will be formed at divisional level. Taxis will be provided at discounted rates (40000 below the market rate). Last time monthly installment was 8000.This year monthly installment for bolan is 10000 rupees and for ravi is 9000 rupees. Scheme has been announced officially  now. Government of Punjab will pay the mark up. Government will provide taxis with tracker and insurance.
Points To Remember
1-Net price of Suzuki Bolan is  Rs. 655,000 while down payment is 177,000. Monthly installment will be Rs.10,000.
2-Net price of Suzuki Ravi is Rs. 597,000 while down payment is 17o,000. Monthly installment will be just Rs.9000.
3-Driving license should be computerized.

Schedule and Form For CM Yellow Cab Scheme 2021-22
Forms are available now. Application forms will be available free of cost from all branches of BOP. Last date for submission of forms is ……………… 2021. Submit the dully filled forms with all required documents in any branch of Bank of Punjab. Submit form with 2000 rupees non refundable form fee and token payment. Token payment is refundable. For Suzuki Ravi token payment is 11000 rupees and for Suzuki Bolan token payment is 12000 rupees. Token payment will be refunded to unsuccessful candidates.
