Customer support and sales executive will be offered monthly salary package of 35000 rupees + performance base incentives and unlimited commission. For QA Executive post candidate must have excellent comprehension & listening skills and ability to face challenges/pressures and close deadline. One year past experience on same post or 2 year past experience as customer support executive is required.
For the post of Workforce Management Specialist candidate with strong analytic skills is required who can generate forecasts for appropriate staffing and call handle time. 2 to 3 years related experience is also mandatory.Proven past record of scheduling and adherence is required. Ability and aptitude to manage staffing challenges is also compulsory for candidates of this seat.
