Lahore College For Women University has invited applications for Ph.D scholarships abroad. Selected candidates will be awarded PhD scholarships at top 500 universities of the world. Students of following discipline can apply for these PhD scholarships;

Ph.D Scholarships Details
Following facilities will be included in these PhD scholarships
1-One time return air ticket
2-Annual stipend for 3 years according to Higher Education Commission’s rules
3-Books and thesis allowance (Once)
Eligibility Criteria
1-Only female citizens of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir are eligible to apply for these PhD scholarships.
2-Candidates must have completed at least 18 years of education(MPhil/MS) from HEC recognized university with minimum 3/4 CGPA in last degree or 1st division (60 % marks) in case of annual system examination.
3-Upper age limit on 0-0-2022 is 40 years for full time regular faculty members of government universities or colleges and employers of public sector R & D organization. While the maximum age limit for all other candidates is 35 years.
4-Even after the selection the final approval of scholarship shall be subject to the confirmation of admission of selected candidate in the foreign university.
5-Candidates will have to appear before the section committee of LCWU, Lahore for final selection interview.
6-Candidates will have to submit a surety bond that after completion of Ph.D degree they will serve for minimum of five years at the LCWU.
7-Candidates will have to fulfill the all requirements of foreign universities and visa processing.
8-Candidates will also have to fulfill the formalities of Higher Education Commission.
9-Only brilliant candidates are encouraged to apply for these PhD scholarships.
Instructions
Applications can be submitted on prescribed forms, which are available from Registrar office or LCWU website. The last date for submission of applications is 00-00-2022. Application processing fee is 500 rupees.

2- Attested copy of National identity card.
3-Attested copies of all educational documents
4-NTS result card preferable
5-Two recent colored photographs
6-One page “Statement of Purpose”
5-Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
6-University reserves the write to make any change in the PhD scholarships without any prior notice.
