Important Documents Required
2 attested copies of Secondary school certificate
2 attested copies of B form of students
3 passport photographs with the blue background
2 attested copies of father/guardian CNIC
1 attested copy of character certificate
Students who are applying other than Gujranwala Board they have to attach the document of NOC of their certified board with application form
It is mandatory to attach the certificate of specific department in case if you are applying on some reserved quota seats
Age limit of the candidate at the time of admission has to be in between 16-20 years old.

 

General Instructions about Admission 2023 Process in GCWU Sialkot
Selection or shortlisting of the candidates will be made on open merit, under-privileged quota, overseas Pakistani quota, extra-curricular activities quota, foreign citizenship quota and seats reserved for university workers children. On the reserved/quota seats, applicants will be pass through the interview session panel if it is required by the university management.

 

 

Admissions of the applicants will be shortlisted strictly on the merit criteria requirements.

 

 

The admission of Pre-medical, Pre-engineering and I.C.S will be strictly on merit. Over cutting or wrongly filled application form will not be accepted at all. Merit list of the selected candidates will be made on the notice board of the University as per schedule. Once the fee has been deposited, it is non-refundable.

Candidates applying for the 11th class admission, they can get the admission forms from the bank university booth starting from 0th October 2023 till 0st November, 2023.
Last date for the submission of the application form is 0-11-2023, after which no application forms will be accepted from any side.
Display of first merit list will be done on 0 November 2023.
Last date for the fee submission of first merit list students is 0th November, 2023.
Second merit list will be displayed on 0th November, 2023.
Last date for fee submission of second merit list students is 0th Nov, 2023.
If needed, third merit list will be displayed on 0th Nov, 2023.
Candidates applying on quota seats will appear for the trial on 0th and 0th November 2023.
Classes will start to commence on 0th November, 2023.
