Eligibility Details of HEC Commonwealth Scholarships 2024 Program
If you have 18 years of education then you can apply in this PhD scholarship program. You should have masters degree as well. Candidates having less than 18 years of education, they cannot apply in this scholarship program. So make sure that your 18 years of education and masters degree should be fully completed.
If you have 3rd division in any of your academic career and span then you cannot be an eligible candidate for this scholarship program. Only those candidates who have 1st division or 2nd division in their academic career, they are fully eligible to be the part of PhD scholarship program.
