Online College Admission System OCAS For Admission in Commerce & Degree Colleges of KPK
Students of KPK has been provided the facility to apply online for admission 2024 in government and commerce colleges of the province. Now students can apply online and can submit their fee in their nearest jazzash retailer. Remember that CNIC or B form number, valid email id and cell number will be required for using KPK govt Online College Admission System.

Procedure to Apply Online For Admission 2024 in KPK
First of all visit the HED KPK website i.e www.admission.hed.gkp.pk for online admission 2024. Now click on sign up option and provide the required information. Mobile number is mandatory for registration process. Students can use the mobile number of their relatives. One mobile number can be used for registration of just one student. Then you will have to click on the personal profile option. Here you will have to provide your personal information. Kindly provide your personal information as per matric certificate and click on save. Students will also provide educational information as per the matriculation certificate/DMC.
Second Stage
In the second stage you will provide the information about matric examination and click on the button of “Verification with Board Data”. System will automatically pick your information. Now you will click on the import button given below. Now you have completed your profile. At this stage you may apply online for admission 2024 in KPK government colleges. Click on “New Admission Request” button and provide the information about your chosen college and click on “Submit Application”. For confirming the admission request kindly click on “Submit” button.
Next Stage
After checking the application processing fee click on “Proceed with Payment” button. Get voucher number of 12 digits from application processing fee voucher. Now visit your nearest jazzcash retailer with fee and voucher number for submitting your fee. Token fee is just 100 rupees. Your application form will not be processed until you pay the fee and status of the students will be showed as Pending/Not Verified. On loading the 100 rupees, your admission status will be changed from pending to verified. Now your application will be considered for admission 2024 in KPK government colleges.
Final Remarks
You will not be able to amend the form after submission. Now for any change you will have to submit written application to the Principal of concerned college. For applying in any other college you will have to repeat the online admission process again. If you want to check the status of your applications then click on “All Applications” button. Merit lists will also be provided on www.admission.hed.gkp.pk. Just click on the button of “Merit List” and search the merit list of your concerned college. In the last stage you will visit your selected college along with your required documents for completing the admission 2024 procedure. For online admission 2024 you will have to follow all the above given instructions as Higher Education Department government of KPK has decided that for admission 2024 in first year class manual applications will not be received.
