Punjab police has signed an MOU with Akhuwat Pakistan for providing loans for home construction to the junior staff of Punjab police. Memorandum of understanding was signed between the police department of Punjab and Akhuwat foundation Pakistan at IG office.
As per the media news now Akhuwat will provide house building loans to Punjab police employees. These home construction loans will be given on easy installments. Employees will be able to apply for loan of up to 1.5 million rupees. These house building loans will be given for the period of 10 to 15 years. Candidates should not have their own house. Monthly salary of loan applicant should be less than 50000 rupees.
Interested police personnel from all regions will be eligible to apply for this great facility. They will have to apply through Welfare Branch of Punjab police which is located at the Central Police Office. DIG welfare will scrutinize the applications and forward the applications of eligible applicants to Akhuwat Foundation’s head office at Lahore for final processing and approval. Forms will be available form the same office.
