Pakistani nationals who have valid CNIC issued by Nadra.
Overseas Pakistanis who have NICOP card.
Permanent residents of Pakistan must have a registered SIM of Telenor, Warid, Jazz, Ufone or Zong.
Pakistani citizens who live abroad should have a valid email account.
Age of user should be 18 or above.
Users will have to deposit 500 rupees through Nadra e-sahulat or debit card or credit card.
