Ths group is a project of ILM Trust. The first project of trust was Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), which is well recognized for remarkable achievements in the field of education. 2004 was a landmark year in history of ILM because in this year it was granted the charter of university by the name University of Management and Technology (UMT).

9000 students have completed their graduation from UMT and at present 4500 students have enrolled with UMT. Now the trust is spreading the network of ILM Colleges in different cities of country. The knowledge School chain is yet another project of the trust, thus this group is providing quality education facilities from Play Group to Doctorate level. College has its campuses in Sialkot, Gujrat, Psrur, Dina, Raheem Yar Khan, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Bhalwal, Jauharabad and Sillanwali.
