Free Sales & Income Tax Return Filling Training By Allama Iqbal Open University 2015
Tax reform commission has suggested the government to give income & sales tax return filling training to more than 2000 graduates. Federal government is seriously considering this proposal. It has been proposed that Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) should give this training to the graduates. Graduates will be able to earn handsome amount of money by getting this training and tax culture will also flourish in the country by this scheme.As per daily express report this scheme will facilitate the tax payers too.
Allama Iqbal Open University AIOU will provide the return filling training in its regional centers. It has been suggested by tax reform commission that income tax department and federal board of revenue should bear the all expenditures of this scheme. It means that this training will be 100% free. Graduates will be given certificate on the successful completion of the training and they will be given permission to file the sales and income tax returns as income tax practitioners. Successful graduates will be given unique identity number. On the basis of their unique identity number and certificate, graduates will be authorized to prepare and submit returns.
Government is also considering to provide special facilities to these graduates on submitting the returns of new tax payers as government want to increase the tax base in the country. Hopefully like B.Com students these trained tax practitioners will also be given the membership of tax bar too. Its a revolutionary scheme for increasing the tax net in the country. This scheme will also decrease the unemployment in the country.
