Young Parliamentary Associates Program (YPA) 2021-22 has been announced. IP3 has invited applications from eligible interested candidates. IP3 is the abbreviation of Improving Parliamentary Performance in Pakistan. IP3 has launched YPA program 2021-22 to provide an excellent associate ship opportunity to brilliant young talent of Pakistan. Selected Young Parliamentary Associates (YPA) will have to work with different branches and committees of Parliament of Pakistan i.e National Assembly and Senate. They will have to perform following jobs;
1-Research Work
2-Data Analysis
3-Report Drafting
4-Briefing Noted Drafting
5-Providing assistance in organizing committee meetings and public hearing
Its a life time opportunity for you so do not miss it. Selected candidates will be given 40000 rupees monthly stipend. Out of city selected candidates will be given extra monthly stipend as a contribution for their living costs. The duration of associate-ship is one year out of which you will have to work practically for at least 10 months. Associate ship will start from 0-0- 2021 and continue till same date of 2021.
Eligibility Criteria For IP3 Young Parliamentary Associates Program (YPA)
1-Applicants must have completed sixteen years of education from a HEC recognized university with a minimum CGPA score of 3 out of 4, or 3.75 out of 5, or 75% aggregate marks.
2-Applicants must have got degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations, Defense & Strategic Studies, Sociology, History, English, Economics, Development Studies, Public Administration.
3-MBA/MS (Finance) or computer engineers should have got got at least 3.5 CGPA score out of 4.
4-Applicants must be computer literate.
5-Females, special people, minorities and youth belonging to low income group and residing in remote areas are encouraged to apply.
Last date for submission of applications is 0-0-2021. Applications received after closing date will be deemed ineligible. NTS Written test will be conducted simultaneously in different cities of Pakistan on Sunday, 0-0- 2021.

An essay type question (500 to 700 words length). Essay will be related to Pakistan current affairs, Pakistan’s parliament, democracy and elections – 30%
Note-Writing/Concise writing – 30%
Analytical reasoning – 10%
MCQs about Mathematical reasoning – 10%
Multiple choice questions on current affairs – 20 %
