Government Islamia College, Civil Lines, Lahore has announced the MA/M.Sc Admission Schedule for session 2021-23. GICCL offers Master programs in the following subjects;
English
History
Physics

 

Application forms are available from BOP college booth. Submit the dully filled form along with all required documents in your concerned department from 9 AM to 2 PM during any working day. Last date for submission of form is 00st August, 2021. Interviews will be taken on 0nd September, 2021.

 

 

All the applicants will have to qualify written entry test and interview. Written entry test will be taken at 1 PM while interviews at 9 AM in the respective departments. Schedule of written entry test and interviews will be displayed on the notice boards of concerned departments soon. Only those candidates will be called for interviews, who will clear the written entry test.

 

 

Eligibility Criteria
Only those candidates are eligible to apply who fulfill the following requirements.

1-Who have passed BA/B.Sc in first annual exam 2021, 1st and 2nd annual exam 2020 and 2nd annual exam 2021.

2-B.Com students who have passed the exam in first annual exam 2020 or second and first annual exam 200 can apply for admission in MA Economics. (Not Available at Present)

3-Candidates who have got 2nd division in aggregate or in subject in which they want to get admission.

4-Candidate whose age is below 26 years on 0th August, 2021.

 

 

Documents Required
1-Attested photocopies of all educational documents(result cards/certificates/degrees).

2-Attested photocopy of character certificate issued by the college last attended. Private students will have to submit the character certificate issued by any grade 1 gazetted officer.

3- Attested photocopy of CNIC of candidate and his father.

4-One recent colored passport size photograph of candidate. On selection candidate will have to submit 3 more.

5-Students of university other than the Punjab University will have to submit original NOC or migration certificate issued by their last university.institute.at the time pf depositing dues.

 

 

Important Instructions
1-Disable candidates will have to submit certificate about the disability issued by head of the concerned District Rehabilitation Center for Disabled/Medical Board. Write in capital letters with red ink ‘DISABLE CANDIDATE” on you application form.

 

2-Full time government, semi government or private servants can only send their application through heads of their institutions with an undertaking that they will be granted study leave otherwise admission will not be granted. If ant candidate will get admission without showing that he is a full time employed person, his admission will be canceled.

 

3-It is mandatory for all call candidates to qualify both the written entry test and interview. Absent and failed candidate in test or interview will not be granted admission.

 

4-Bring your original educational documents and at the time of interview.

 

5-Bring your original CNIC at the time of test and interview.

 

6-Incomplete applications and those received after the above mentioned due date will be rejected.

 

7- Merit lists will be displayed on the notice boards of concerned departments only.
