Breaking News -First Technical & Vocational Training University in Pakistan
Soon government is going to establish first ever TEVTA technical and vocational training university in Pakistan. This TEVTA technical and vocational training university will be situated in Lahore city. China is going to collaborate with Pakistan government for this great initiative. In the first session 2800 students will be given admission in TEVTA technical and vocational training university.International trainers will train the students. Course planning is being done keeping in view the needs and demand of local and international industrial job market. Students will be provided not only jobs but also mark up free loans. Only 25% graduate of general universities get job while this ratio is more than double for graduates of technical education. There is a great difference of salary too among these graduates.
TEVTA is planing this first ever TEVTA Technical & Vocational Training University in Pakistan. University will offer undergraduate to post graduate level technical and vocational level courses. 80% seats will be reserved for students of TEVTA while 20% seats will be given to students of other colleges. TEVTA is planning to establish 9 Technical & Vocational Training Universities in different divisions of Punjab.
First TEVTA Technical & Vocational Training University in Pakistan will be established in 2017, while in next 2 years TEVTA Technical & Vocational Training universities will be established in 4 divisions of Punjab. University will give affiliation to TEVTA Technical & Vocational Training colleges and institutes too.
