Minimum Required Qualification
Candidate must have got MBA, M.Com, Master in Banking & Finance, Master in Banking or Master in Finance, or Master in Economics from any Higher Education Commission’s recognized local or foreign university.
Minimum Required CGPA/Division
Applicant must have got at least CGPA of 3.0 or minimum eighty percent or above marks (Where GPA system is not applicable).

as per the offersaid advertisement by abl for mto 2014, interested candidates have applied for the said job till the given date by sep3,2014, but still we didnt receive any email or phone call regarding short listing of candidates. Firstly, I want to know, is the hr deptt still busy in sh0rt listing? nd sec0ndly, when and h0w i mean through which channel we ppl will be contacted?

Banks usually takes more time than other departments even 3 to 4 months or more.

Generally above 50% and no update is available about result date.

Its all depends upon bank usually candidates with above than 50% marks are called for interviews.

It all depends upon ABL authorities specially HR department. We were called for interview after three months but the bank was NBP.
Today I called ABL HR department. They told me that they have started calling for interview so just wait. May be today aur tomorow you will be called.

Pehlay to yeh jan lain k interview taker Khuda nahi hain hamari qismat ka faisala kahain oar hota hai. Khuda par barsoa rakhain oar pni silahiton par b is yaqeen sai jain k ap is job k haqdar ho. Hosla, Allah Pak par oar us ki di hui salahiton par pukhta yaqeen oar maximum tiari yehi 3 cheezain kafi hain.

ALHAMDOLILLAH my interview was gone excellent. There was a panel of 3 members. Very relaxed environment. They just asked about famly background and 4 to 5 questions related finance. Interview duration was hardly 5 minutes.

On Dec 4 I got my appointment letter issued by Human resource group Allied Bank. Orientation will be on dec 8 at PC and final training start from Dec 15 at Management Development Center Lahore.
