Multan Medical and Dental College is inviting applications for admission in MBBS, BDS, DPT & Post RN B,Sc Nursing in session 2021. Eligibility details for different programs have been given below.
MBBS & BDS
FSc pre medical with 60 % marks and above (Unadjusted) both for MBBS & BDS programs from any BISE or equivalent qualification as prescribed by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council is required for admission. Candidate should have also passed the MCAT entry test conducted by UHS. Expatriate/Foreign students can apply with SAT II examination too but they need to get 550 marks in each subject i.e Physics/Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology
100 seats are available in MBBS program and 50 in BDS. Merit will be calculated as per following formula.
MCAT/SAT II 50%
Marks in F.Sc 40 %
Marks in Matriculation 10 %
DPT
Fifty percent marks in F.Sc Pre Medical are required. Candidates must have qualified the UHS MCAT. Applicant’s age must be between 17 to 25 years. Only 40 seats are available.
Post RN B.Sc Nursing
Age limit- 40 Years with good health and physique
Diploma in General Nursing is required.
PNC registration of general nursing and midwifery is also mandatory.
Applicants must have 2 years minimum clinical experience.
Score in entry test up to 60%
Total 40 seats are available out of which 10 % seats are reserved for male students and 90% for female students.
MMDC Multan Admission Schedule
Availability of Forms- 00 November, 2021
Last Date For Submission of Application Form-
Merit base Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
Merit list will be displayed on 00th November, 2021.
Classes will commence as per the notification of Punjab government.
MMDC is the only institute in Southern Punjab which is recognized by University of Health Sciences Lahore. It has full time faculty of all basic and clinical sciences. Ibn-E -Seina teaching hospital is attached with it which has patient capacity of 600 beds, Hostel and transport facilities are also provided on request. College has a vast beautiful building with spacious lecture theaters, well equipped laboratories and museums.
Application Form
Application form is available now from college campus in 2000 rupees. Candidates can also receive application form by post by sending bank draft of 2200 rupees drawn in favor of MMDC, Multan. Courier charges are also included in it. For expatriate/foreign students the price of the form is 50 US $. Downloaded forms from official website of MMDC are also acceptable. Submit downloaded form with bank draft of 5000 rupees. Price of the form is 2000 rupees while Rs.3000 is the processing fee. Send form complete is all respects with MCAT result to the Principal MMDC within the due date.
