NTS Online Registration Procedure 2024-Step By Step Guidance

 

1-You will have to register yourself just once on NTS online Registration Portal i.e nts.org.pk

2-First of all kindly upload your recent colored photograph on NTS online Registration Portal i.e nts.org.pk

3-Now you will have to apply for your desired N.T.S test on the list of announced projects on nts.org.pk

4-Now kindly download bank’s fee deposit slip from NTS nts.org.pk. Bank deposit is just available online on nts.org.pk. You are directed to deposit bank deposit fee through bank deposit slip in the online branches of Muslim Commercial Bank, United Bank Limited, Habaib Bank Limited or Allied Bank Limited. You will also have to provide your bank deposit information into nts.org.pk for further action on your application.

5-You must have to send your fee deposit slip to N.T.S headquarter. Here is the postal address of N.T.S headquarter

6-Photographs only with full face exposure will be accepted for NTS online registration.

Step By Step Guidance About Filling The NTS Registration Form

1: Create an Account

1-New users will have to signup or register for NTS online registration on https://portal.nts.org.pk/register. Its just a one time requirement as in future you will be able to login through your given password. During the process of registration you will have to provide your first name, last name, email ID, cell no and CNIC/Form B. In the second last step agree with the terms. Fill in the required details accurately and click on the “SignUp” button.

 

 

2: Account Verification

After submitting the registration form, you will receive an email on the provided email address. Open the email & click on the verification link to activate your NTS account. This step is crucial to ensure the security & authenticity of the registration process.

 

3: Login to Your Account

After NTS online registration, you will have to login to nts.org.pk for providing your your personal, educational and employment information. Employment information is required just from serving candidates in any government or private organization.

4: Select the Desired Test

After logging in, you will be redirected to your NTS account dashboard. Here, you will find a list of available tests. Click on the test you wish to apply for. Make sure to read the test details, eligibility criteria & test date carefully before proceeding.

 

5: Fill in the Application Form

Once you have selected the desired test, you will be presented with the application form. Fill in the required information, including personal details, educational background & other pertinent information. Double-check all the entered information for accuracy & click on the “Submit” button.

 

6: Upload Documents (if required)

In some cases, NTS may require you to upload supporting documents such as scanned copies of educational certificates, CNIC, or domicile. Make sure you have the necessary documents ready in digital format (PDF, JPEG, etc.). Click on the “Upload Documents” button & follow the instructions to complete this step.

 

7: Provide Accurate Contact Details

National Testing Service send roll number slips and result cards through courier service or registered post. All the candidates are hereby directed to provide valid and clear postal address where you may receive your roll number slip or result. Applicants will have to provide following information in their personal information:

You will not be able to receive your roll no slip or result in case of providing wrong above mentioned details.

 

8: Provide Academic Credentials

In academic record part, you are required to provide the details about your major subjects and percentage (%) of your acquired marks in two digits only as no one can get 100% marks in any exam. In academic record column kindly provide the details about your “Board / University” in abbreviation form for example BISE Sahiwal, BISE Rawalpindi, BISE Multan etc.

 

9: Fee Submission

After submitting the application form, you will be directed to the fee submission section. Carefully review the fee details & select a convenient payment method. NTS offers various payment options, including bank deposit, online banking, or EasyPaisa/JazzCash. Follow the given instructions for your preferred payment method & submit the fee.

 

10: Application Confirmation

Once the fee is successfully submitted, your application will be considered complete. You will receive a confirmation message on your registered email address and mobile number, along with a unique application tracking number.

 

11: Print the Application Form

To ensure you have a hard copy of your application form, log in to your NTS account and click on the “Print Application” option. This will generate a printable version of your application form. Make sure to keep a copy of this form for future reference.

 

12-You can select just one desired project at a time for NTS online registration like GAT Subject, NAT or GAT General.

 

13-You can chose 2 cities as your test centers like Primary test city & secondary test city.

 

14-Note that all the applications with Incomplete or improper details will be rejected.

16-The candidates will have to apply for admission in the NTS associated educational institutes as per their respective admission schedule along with a copy of the valid NTS result card.

 

17-National Testing Service uploads the provisional eligible candidates list on first come first served basis of the registration form (within one week to 10 days of the receipt of NTS registration form). Queries about provisional eligible candidates will be entertained within just four days only.

 

18-Final list of eligible candidates will be uploaded two days after last date of provisional list on the official website of N.T.S and on your own website i.e studysolutions.pk. Roll number slips and test center will be allotted to the candidates of final eligible list only.

 

19-National Testing Service will send the roll number slips about 10 days before to the test date.

 

20-National Testing Service will send the result cards within seven days after the test day on your mailing address. You may also download N.T.S forms through our websites for all N.T.S entry and recruitment tests.
