PAF KIET Admission 2024 (Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology)
Government of Sindh has given the charter of degree awarding institute to Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology. Although PAF-KIET was established in 1978 but it was recognized by HEC in 1998. Its a joint project of Pakistan Air Force and Pakistan Educational Foundation. PEC has also permitted it to launch different engineering courses. PAF-KIET is included in top 3 private sector universities of Sindh in academic quality. HEC has rated it in high “W” category. Charter inspection and Evaluation Committee government of Sindh has granted six star rating to PAF-KIET.
University has full time PhD and MPhil faculty members. Need and merit base scholarships are also offered to outstanding and deserving students. Special concession in fee is given to government and Armed forces employees and their wards. About 4000 ex students of university have got good jobs in national and multinational companies. Political activities are not allowed in campus.
