How to Apply for Admission 2024 in Premier Institute of Health Sciences Peshawar?
You can register yourself for the admission 2024 session through the system of online portal. You have to fill up the application form as online and then you have to submit it. Print out the application from and attach all the required documents with it to finish the process of acceptance.
You have to attach the 2 copies of your SSC certificated in attested form with 2 attested copies of your DMC. You should also attach the 2 attested copies of your character certificate with the affidavit as it has been prescribed by the institute. Plus, you also have to provide the 2 attested copies of your domicile and 4 photographs in attested form. B-Form or NIC is also necessary to attach in attested form.
Once the application form has been completed, it has to be submitted back with the application processing fee of around Rs 300. You can submit it within the time duration of 10 days after the admission 2024 advertisement has been announced. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about their selection through the merit list which will be displayed on the board after one week of the closing date.
No application form will be accepted which is submitted late or either even if it submitted incomplete.
