If you want to have information about PTA helpline then now you are at your destination. Pakistan Telecommunication Authority is regulating the telecom and internet service provider companies in Pakistan. You can contact PTA any time for your complaint redressal. There are three steps of complaint handling mechanism for telecom subscribers. In step one you will have to register your complaint with your operator through the helpline number, fax, post, email or web mail. For lodging a complaint to your service provider you will have to provide details about your personal details (Name/Address/Phone Number), CNIC number, witten application and ownership document.
If your service provider company refuses to redress your complaint or you are not satisfied with the actions taken by it, then contact Pakistan telecommunication company with full confidence in it.
