Punjab University PU has announced the admission form and fee submission schedule for MA, MSc Part 1, 2 annual exams 2022. We have given the form and fee submission schedule in image format below this page both for private and regular candidates. If you are willing to appear in MA or MSc Part 1/2 annual exam 2022 then submit your form as per the given schedule.

 

 

Points To Remember
1-No student can appear in more than one degree exams in the same year.

2-Use Blue ballpoint for filling the forms as ink pen is not allowed.

3-All applicants will have to paste 3 latest passport size photographs with sky blue back ground at the specified places of the admission/registration form. Photographs must be identical.

4-Spelling of your name and Father’s name must be identical to your B.A./B.Sc. Result Card/Degree otherwise your form will not be accepted.

5-Fee can be deposited in any any branch of HBL. You can also get online challan form from this page. Forms without complete fee will be rejected. Fee can be deposited through money orders, postal orders, drafts or cheques.

6-Attach attested copies of following required documents.
Registration card.
Graduation (B.A./B.Sc) result card /degree.
M.A./M.Sc. Part-I/ II, result card (if already appeared).
No Objection Certificate / Migration Certificate (if required).
CNIC

 

7-No form will be received after the due date. You can download forms from the link given below. Paste the original fee deposit slip pasted on back of Page No. 3.

8-Read the instruction carefully given on forms and act accordingly.

9-Incomplete forms will be returned to candidates and double fee will be received at the time.

10-Date sheet and roll number slips will be issued later on. No student will be allowed to enter in the examination center without showing original roll no slip and CNIC.

11-It is strictly prohibited to give any mark of identification on answer book. Strict action will be taken against violators of this rule.

12-All The required information must be filled in the concerned columns only. Punjab university will not be responsible for late delivery of forms through post, so try to submit your forms as early as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
