Eligibility Criteria For Admission 2024 in Different Programs of PUCIT

Those candidates can get admission in BS (SE), (CS) and (IT) four year programs who have passed ICS, FSc (Pre-Engineering), FSc (Pre-Medical with additional Math), A-Level or DAE exams.
For admission in MSc CS students must have passed the BCS (3 years), BCom or BA/BSc exams with elective Math or Computer Studies subjects.

 

For admission in M.Phil computer science program one should have passed MSc CS, MSc IT, BBIT and BS Hons exams. BS honors degree should be in Computer Sciences, IT/ Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information System, Bio-Informatics or Electrical Engineering fields. In short minimum 16 years of education with 130 credit hours are required in relevant field from a HEC recognized institute.

 

For admission in Phd MS or MPhil or MSc. (Engg/Hons) degree is required. Your required degree should be in Computer Sciences, I.T, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information System or Bioinformatics fields. In short 18 years of education with CGPA or 3/4 is required as per HEC regulations. At least second division is required for appearing the in the PUCIT entry test.

Then you will have to select your desired degree program and campus (Old or New). Separate fee will be received for different courses. It will be better for you to apply for more than one programs of your choice. You will see two options at the end of online application form i.e save and finalize. If after filling the online form you will select save option then in future you will be able to edit your account till the last date. If you will chose the option of finalize then your application will be submitted immediately and you will not have access to your provided data for any change. In the last click on the button of challan form and get its print. Submit the fee in any branch of Habib Bank Limited.
