First of all download the form and online fee deposit slip through the link given on this page. Then deposit the Rs.475 test fee in the online branches of HBL, MCB, ABL or UBL. Complete the form in all respects after reading the instructions given in ad. Post your dully filled application along with original bank deposit slip, attested copy of CNIC and 2 passport size photographs on the given address. Late and incomplete applications will not be received. You can not change your center or selected category however you are allowed to apply for more than one posts, In this case you will have to apply separately for each post. Bring your original CNIC and roll number slip on test day. Date will be announced soon.

1-Only Punjab domicile holders can apply however female candidates can apply on the basis of their husband’s domicile too.
