PHEC Invites Applications For International Postdoc Scholarships 2023-24

PHEC as Punjab Higher Education Commission has recently announced the applications from the sector of public colleges and universities who are certified on the charter of Government of Punjab for awarding them with 10 months of the International Postdoctoral Scholarships 2023. Extra preference will be given away to the applicants who are part of technology, science, or the fields of innovation.

 

 

Eligibility Requirements
It is important for the applicant to hold the degree of PhD from any of the identified university center.
Age limit of the candidate has to be not more than 45 years old.
They should be a regular part of TTS or BPS faculty of any public college or university center.
It is also required that the applicant should submit a written structure of research proposal which needs to be relevant with the field.

 

 

Who is not Eligible to Apply for PHEC International Postdoc Scholarships 2023?
Those candidates cannot apply who are already availing for any other sort of scholarship in Pakistan.
Those candidates who are not working as the regular full time faculty in any of the public university or college cannot apply.
Those applicants cannot apply who have not acquired with any post-doctoral scholarship in the previous five (05) years.

 

 

How you can Apply for Punjab Higher Education Commission PHEC International Postdoc Scholarships 2023?
While you are applying for it, you have to submit a cover letter along with the printed copy of your application form. Plus it is also required to attach the letter of acceptance from any of the faculty supervisor at any foreign university. Letter should also be added with the details of the post-doc duration with the commencement date and also bench fee.

 

NOC is also required which should be from any of the relevant university authorities or the government based department. Candidate should also attach their application form with the regulation or the appointment letter as the BPS/TTS faculty from any public college or university.

Copies of all educational degrees or the PhD Notification in the chronological order
Resume or CV of candidate
CV or resume of Foreign Supervisor CV
CNIC photocopy
Passport photocopy
Once you are done with the whole application filling, you have to submit it to the address which we have mentioned at the end of the article.

 

 

Last Date to Apply for PHEC Scholarships 2023
You can submit your application forms till the last date of 0th Nov, 2023. Any application that has been submitted by hand is unacceptable. It should be sent at the required address through registered post.

 

 

Important Instructions by PHEC
No application will be accepted which is incomplete or attached with some missing documents.
It is needed to let all the attached documents to be tape bind and they have to stay in one order.
Scholar is not allowed to change their research study course as it has been specifically mentioned in the award letter.
Any change in the university at the time of study is not admissible.
