Form fee is 25 rupees. Educational documents, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC and 2 latest passport size photographs are needed to be affixed with the form. Chairman recruitment board will constitute a scrutiny committee which will scrutinize the documents submitted by candidates.
After detailed scrutiny list of eligible candidates for test and interview will be published on Punjab police website. Through the same portal applicants will be informed about the test interview venue and date. These lists will also be displayed outside the offices of concerned RPO, DPO and in-charge unit. No separate call letter will be issued for interview and test so candidates are directed to regularly visit the Punjab police portal.
Applications of ineligible candidates will be rejected and no TA/DA will be given for appearing in written exam or interview. In service candidates are also eligible to apply but through proper channel. All government rules will be applied on the recruitment process. Bring your original documents at the time of test and interview proceedings. Affidavit about non involvance in any FIR and case will also be required from all applicants. In case of producing false affidavit, candidates will be declared ineligible for life and legal action will also be taken.
Candidature-ship of all those candidates will also be cancelled at any stage of recruitment who will produce fake documents like academic documents, CNIC, domicile and medical certificate. Such candidates will also face legal consequences. Selected candidates may be posted in any district of Punjab. Decisions of the concerned authority will be final which can not be challenged in any court. Department has the full right to change or cancel this recruitment procedure and ad. You may apply on the basis of open merit, women quota, minority quota, disable quota and quota for wards of serving and retired employees of grade 1 to 5.
