Your typing speed has to be 30 words on a per minute basis. You should have 16 years education. You can have BBA-IT degree or you can have BS telecom degree, you can have MCS degree or MSc IT degree to apply for this job title of communication specialist.
You should know the use of MS Office.

 

Your English communication skills as well as your Urdu communication skills, they have to be exceptional. You should have expertise in English and Urdu writing and speaking skills.
