Quaid e Azam University has announced the admission in different Master programs in Spring semester 2024. Minimum duration of all Master programs is 2 years (four semesters). Applications are invited by 00-12-2023. Admissions are offered in following Master programs.

General Eligibility Criteria
1-Candidate must have passed Bachelor or equivalent degree minimum in second division (i.e 45 % marks) from any HEC recognized university.
2-Candidates must have studied the required courses for admission in any particular Master Program. List of required course for each subject has been given in prospectus, which will be provided along with application form.
3-Applicant; s age must not be above twenty six years, but VC has special power to grant age relaxation in special cases on the recommendations of head of departments. But for the programs of MPA and BBS no relaxation in age is granted in any case. BBS is equivalent to 4 years BBA so such students can get admission in MBA (1 1/2).
4-For some programs entry test is mandatory. Lists of all such programs with the schedule has been given below. Candidates will have to bring their original CNIC and admission form receipt at the time of entrance test for identification purpose. Note that entrance test is being conducted just for shortlisting purpose. Its result will not affect the merit.
Ineligibility
1-Students who have failed in any Master program of Quaid e Azam university.
2-Those who have ceased to be the student of this university.
3-Those who already have Master or any equivalent degree from any university. This condition does not apply on self finance programs of Physics and Computer Science.
4-Current Master students of any university.

Reserved Seats
1-One seat in each department of QAU has been reserved for the wards of army personnel. These seats will be filled on the recommendation of General Headquarter.
2-One seat in each department of Quaid e Azam University is reserved for minorities. Such candidates will have to furnish a certificate issued by his/her last institute as a proof.
3-One seat in each department is for disable persons. Special persons will have to provide a disability certificate issued by District Assessment Board he/she have fulfill the other conditions of QAU.
Admission on Regular/Self Finance Basis or on Both Basis
Limited number of seats will be filled on self finance basis in all subjects mentioned above. In Psychology 27 seats will be filled on self finance basis. Admissions on regular basis will be granted on merit basis but here regional quota will be applicable.No regional quota has been reserved in the seats which will be filled on self finance basis. Merit will be determined on the basis of marks obtained in previous classes and weight age will be given to the marks obtained in entry test.
