Newly Announced Recruitment Policy For Central Government Jobs (In Urdu & English)
Federal government has announced the recruitment policy for federal jobs. Establishment division has issued the notification of new recruitment policy for federal departments as per the instruction of Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. As per newly announced policy merit and transparency will be ensured in recruitment process. Candidates who will try to influence the recruitment authority will be declared ineligible. It has been directed that recruitment under civil servant act will be on all Pakistan base. Grade 16 and above posts will be filled through Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC).
Posts of grade three to fifteen which are related to any specific region or province will be by the persons having the domicile of that specific region or province. Local candidates will be recruited on the posts of grade one and two. N.O.C will be taken from Establishment Division Surplus Poll before publicizing the situations vacant. Vacant posts will be advertised in local and national newspapers. Candidates will be given 15 days for submitting applications. Regional, provincial, women, minorities and disable quotas will be implemented. Recruitment process will be completed with in 60 days. Recruitment ad will be sent to Ministry of Information through Establishment Division. No ad will be given in newspapers without prior approval of Ministry of Information and Establishment Division.
Departments will be authorized of recruitment in grade one and two. Provisions related to regional, provincial, women, minorities, disable or any other quota will be clearly mentioned in newspaper ad. Details related to required education/experience and age (specially details related to age relaxation) will also be mentioned in ad. Only approved posts will be advertised. Candidates will have to submit the attested copies of the education and experience certificates at the time of submitting applications. Candidates will be directed to submit their original documents at the time of written test or interview.
