Applications have been invited from those students of AJK/Kashmir nationals/refugees of Jammu and Kashmir on prescribed forms, who have been nominated by Ministry of Kashmir affairs & GB , Secretary nomination board AJK or from such students, who have got admission on merit in educational institutions of AJK or Pakistan during the year 2024.
Important Instructions About Scholarships For AJK Students 2024
1- Only those students of AJK state can apply, who have enrolled in the academic session 2024. Applicants must have got admission in a government institute or HEC recognized university.
2-Scholarships for AJK students will be granted for following programs
MBA, MPA, MCom, MSc (Computer Science), MSc (Stat, Math, Eco, Phy, Che etc), MSc (Hons, Agri), MBBS, BDS, DVM, BSc (Engg/B-Tech), BSc (Hon.Agri), BSc (Geology), BCom, BCS, Polytechnic, LLB, B. Pharmacy
3-Attach the attested copies of following documents with the scholarship application form.
a-State subject certificate of applicant
b-Domicile
c-Mark sheets
d-CNIC or Form B
e-NCC certificate
4-Only those candidates are eligible who have got minimum 50% marks in their last exam.
5-Incomplete and late applications will be rejected.
6-Candidate will be declared ineligible in case of providing false information or tempering the certificates.
7-Certificates and domicile will be verified from the relevant authorities and strict legal action will be taken against candidates who will provide fake documents.
8-Students who are already receiving scholarship from any other source are not eligible to apply.
9-No application for any other subjects except mentioned above will be considered.
10-Students who had been granted scholarship during the last year, do not need to apply again. Their stipend will be renewed on the receipt of their progress reports from their concern educational institutes on duly attested renewal form.
11-Applications received before publishing this ad will not be considered.
12-Application form with instructions is available on official website of KA & GB i.e www.kana.gov.pk. Applicants are directed to fulfill the requirements given on page 2 of the scholarship application form.
13-Send the dully filled application form till 00 May, 2024 at the following address through registered post.
