Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan SECP has invited applications for the second batch of SECP Graduate Training Program 2023 (HAWKS). Interested graduates can apply till 0th September, 2023. Handsome package will be given to trainers. Total 35 positions are available. Training duration is maximum one year. After training you will be appointed as permanent employee. You will be given training in the capital of Pakistan Islamabad. Students awaiting result are not allowed to apply.

 

 

Eligibility Criteria for SECP Graduate Training Program 2023 (HAWKS)
Candidates should have completed 16 years of education i.e 4 years Bachelor’s degree or Master degree. Your degree should be in the field of Business Administration, Public Administration, Math, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Insurance, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Law or IT. Professional degree holders are also eligible like CFAP (ICAP)/ CMA/ ACCA/ CFA/FRM. In annual system your numbers should be above 70%. If you got degree in semester system then you need to get 3.2 CGPA out of 4 or 4 CGPA out of 5. Law graduates need 60 percent marks.

 

Age of candidates should be below 20 Years on closing date for submission of forms. Those women will be given 2 years relaxation in upper age limit who are from Balochistan, FATA districts, AJK, GB, minorities or special persons. For online registration you will have to visit https://recruitment.secp.gov.pk. Candidates will be called for standardized time limited test. This test will be related to verbal reasoning, general knowledge, analytical reasoning, leadership competencies, behavioral strengths and the subject of your main degree. Test will be conducted in the cities of Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta. Other details about venue, date and time will be sent to candidates through email.

Applications received personally or through e-mail will be rejected. After clearing the written test you will be called for series of interviews. Offer letter will be issued after clearing medical test. Selected candidates will have to furnish a surety bond of worth 500,000 rupees for serving the SECP for minimum 2 years after completion of training. After end of training a special test will be conducted to gauge the level of your learning. In case of getting more than 70% marks you will be offered a permanent job is SECP as Management Executive.
