Punjab government has invited applications for Punjab government servants benevolent fund scholarship 2024. Wards of serving, retired and deceased employees of Punjab government can apply for these scholarships.
Eligibility Criteria For Benevolent Fund Scholarship
Only those wards of serving, retired and deceased employees of Punjab government can apply who have got more than 60% marks in Matric or above exam and they are studying in the next class.
Special children of serving, retired and deceased employees of Punjab government who are enrolled in special education institutions are also eligible to apply. Three children of deceased and retired employees due to disability can apply. They have to provide the attested result card of Matric or any above class with the application form.
How To Apply For Punjab Benevolent Fund Scholarships 2024-25?
1-Gazetted officers of Punjab government will submit the applications of their children after attestation by head of educational institution through the head of their concern department in the office of Provincial Benevolent Fund Board at Alfalah building the Mall Lahore.
2-Gazetted officers of provincial government (Grade 16 and above) non gazetted employees of Civil Secretariat including SST Assistant Education Officer can submit the forms of their children in the office of provincial benevolent fund board.
3-Non gazetted government servants from grade 1 to grade 15 (Other than secretariat staff) will submit the form in the office of concern District Coordination Officer (DCO) chairman District Benevolent Fund Board.
4-Submit following documents along with application.
a-Attested copies of CNIC of parents and computerized pay slip/DDO. Retired servants will submit the attested copy of their pension book.
b-Students of private institutions will provide the photocopy of affiliation and registration number for year 2022-23.
c-Attested result card of the exam on the basis of which you are claiming scholarship.

5-Parents can not attest the documents of their children.
6-You can send applications by post too. Special counter has been established for by hand receiving. If you submit the form by hand then do not forget to get receipt.
7-Result awaiting students can also apply. They will have to provide the attested copy of their result card within 7 days after the announcement of result.
8-You can download the form from this page. Photocopy of form is also acceptable. Forms are also available from the offices of DCO and Benevolent Fund.
9-Incomplete and applications without required documents will be rejected.
10-Last date for submission of forms is 31st March, 2024. No application through post will also not be received after due date.
