Daily Jang has invited applications for the posts of trainee sub editors. Daily jang is the most circulated daily Urdu newspaper in Pakistan. Sub editor job is a desk job and a sub editor has to edit the news provided by reporters. Sometimes he has to translates the news from internet and electronic media. Its a challenging and responsible post. You must have excellent writing skills for this job. Sub editors work under the supervision of editor.
Eligibility for Sub Editor’s Post
Candidates must have Mater of Arts degree in Urdu, Statistics,International Relations, English, Mass Communication or Economics.
Applicants with 3 years relative experience will be preferred.
Candidates must have skill of translating the content from English to Urdu.
Applicants will be able to work on In page.
Candidates should be willing to work in any shift.
Graduates with 5 years relative experience can also apply.
