Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) Launches Free ITHM Tourist Guide Training Course
Tourist guide training course has great scope in Pakistan as their are unlimited tourist attractions in our country. Large number of local and foreign tourists visit Pakistan every year to see the historical places like Shalimar garden, Harappa, Mohenjo-daro, Taxila, Lahore fort, Badshahi mosque, Masjid Wazir Khan, Hiran Minar, Noor Mahal Bahawalpur, Rohtas fort, Jahangir’s tomb, Ranikot fort, Makli graveyard, Shah Jahan mosque, Takht-i-Bhai etc.

That’s why now TDCP institute of tourism and hotel management has launched a tourist guide course for those youngsters who want to become professional tourist guide. Earlier this course was free but now its a paid course and its fee is 12500 rupees.
Eligibility Criteria
Large no of seats are available in this tourist guide training course. Duration of the TDCP tourist guide training course will be just four weeks. There is no age related limit for admission 2024 in this professional training program. Applicants should be at least inter passed. Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply for admission in this useful career oriented course. There will be no registration fee for first batch students.

Females and minority students are encouraged to apply for admission 2024. Last date for submission of applications at TDCP ITHM Lahore is 30th Jan, 2024. Three weeks online and one week practical training will be given to the enrolled students. Applicants should have balanced personality with confidence to talk with people. Candidates should be ready to travel anywhere in Pakistan. After the course you will be able to get part time or full time job. You will be able to serve as tourist guide with local and international tourist groups. You will be granted professional tour guide government license. 50 best graduate students will be given paid internship.
