WMS Grievance Cell For Federal Govt Pensioners in Federal Ombudsman Secretariat, Focal Persons List, Online Complaint Registration & Help Line Numbers
We have a good news for federal government retired pensioners. Now pensioners can contact Wafaqi Mohtasib (Federal Ombudsman) for redressal of their pension related grievances. Special complaint cell has been set up in the Wafaqi Ombudsman Secretariat Islamabad. This complaint cell has been established for facilitating the pensioners of all federal government departments. Free of cost justice will be provided to all retired government servants. Remember that you do not need to hire the services of a lawyer for filing a complaint in the office of Federal Ombudsman.
