FBR Sepoy is generally posted in the offices regional directorate of law & prosecution,directorate general of transit trade, regional directorate of intelligence & investigation customs, regional collectorate of customs enforcement and regional directorate of transit trade. Majority of times FBR sepoy is posted in its own city.
Eligibility Criteria
For recruitment on Sepoy post you should have passed matriculation exam. Both male and females can apply for FBR Sepoy jobs, but physical standards for both genders are different. For males required height is 5′. 6″. Minimum chest should be 32″ with expansion of 1.5″. Females will be given relaxation of 4 inches in height, it means that there required height is 5.2″. Candidates below than 18 years of age and above than 30 years are not eligible to apply for FBR constable jobs. Physical test includes push ups, sit ups, shin ups and running (One km in 7 min for males and 1 km in 10 minutes for females). Only short listed candidates on the basis of physical test performance will be called for written test and interview, but remember that no TA/DA will be given for appearing in written test or interview. FBR Jobs of Constable Sepoy Salary & Training
At present FBR Sepoy gets monthly salary of approximately 26000 rupees including allowances. Selected candidates are given 6 months training before regular posting. Salary starts in the training period. Performance allowance is also given to Sepoy.
Duties & Promotion
Sepoy in FBR provides security to seniors. You may be posted with tax collector officers. Sepoy in customs also perform their duty at airports. Duty timing are up to 12 hours. You need to continue your studies and clear internal exams for promotion in next rank.
