All the detail about Ashiana housing scheme Lahore 2022 is available on this page in Urdu and English. Ashiana (Apna Ghar)housing scheme has been launched by Punjab government from Lahore. In the first phase applications have been invited for flats at Ashiana Iqbal Barkey Road Lahore near air port. Last date for submission of applications is 00-00-2022. No application will be entertained after last date for submission of applications. Price of flat starts from 119,0000.
No interest will be taken from allot-tees. Minimum monthly installment is Rs. 8000. Basically just flats are being given through this scheme. There are two kind of flats i.e single bedroom flat and double bed room flat. Double bed room flats are of two kinds. Type one has covered area of 600 square feet while second one has covered area of 700 square feet.
Eligibility Criteria For Ashiana Iqbal Housing Scheme Lahore
Applicants must have CNIC of Punjab province.
Collective monthly income of the applicant’s family should be below 50,000 rupees.
Applicant must not have any personal house or plot.
Applicant;s age must be under 55 years.
Applicant must not have got any plot or house from Punjab government.

1-Incomplete form will be rejected immediately.
2-After the verification of credentials, selected applicants will have to pay 20% down payment within 30 days.
3-Possession will delivered within 1 1/2 to 4 years.
4-Registry will be handed over to you after paying the complete payment.
5-No candidate can submit more than one form.
6-Attach proof of monthly income and copy of CNIC with the application form.
