You can also download it from the official site of college i.e. https://www.fsccw.edu.pk/admission-form and attach the fee receipt of Rs 2000 in HBL, Warsak Colony Branch.

Candidate should submit the application form by hand or they can also post it at the prescribed address. TCS service is not available. All the documents required by the college management should be attached which includes all educational documents, guardian CNIC, student’s B-form or domicile and so on.
Closing date to apply
Last date for the submission of the application form is 0 November 2023. Candidate can also submit their form by 0st November 2023 with Rs 1000 extra fees. After 0st November 2023 no application form will be accepted from any side.
Allocation of Seats
Every year an allocation of 120 seats is carried out by the management which is included with the 25% seats for the PATA/FAT and with 15 seats which are for the wards/children of the FC personnel including with the Shuhada. A special concession in the fees will be given to them which can be around 100%.
