Two times in a year applications are invited to join Pak navy through short service commission course. SSC course helps the experts of different fields to join Pak Navy as commissioned officer through short necessary naval training. Through short service commission course you may join Pak navy in following departments;

Step By Step Procedure to Join Pak Navy Through SSC

Registration process is complete online now. Almost 2 weeks are given for online registration. Directly sent applications to Recruitment Directorate at Naval Headquarters are not accepted. Mobile phone or any electronic gadget is not allowed to carry during the entrance test. Selection process starts with the publication of newspaper ad.

 

Entrance test is taken in following two subjects;
Intelligence Test
Academic Test
Your concerned PN Recruitment and Selection Center intimates the you about the exact date of entrance test though SMS. Online registered candidates are advised to bring attested copies of their all required documents along with crossed postal order as per given in the registration slip on the day of entry test. This postal order should be in favour of Director Recruitment. Date of result is also intimated by PNR&SC upon the completion of entrance test, result is also uploaded on web portal joinpaknavy.gov.pk. Application form for preliminary medical examination and interview is issued to those candidates who clear the entrance test. For medical and interview candidates will have to appear in their respective PN Recruitment and Selection Center.

 

 

Candidates who want to join operation branch, will have to clear physical efficiency test (PET). PET is all about following stages;
Running of 1.6 miles in 8.30 minutes
Push-ups 10 repetitions in 2 minutes
Sit-ups Ten repetitions in two minutes
Chin-ups Two repetitions in 2 minutes

 

 

After this stage short listed candidates are called for test and interviews at ISSB.

 

Final Words

ISSB recommended candidates will be called in their nearest CMH or Naval hospital for medical examination.
