Punjab Health Foundation Interest Free Loans For Doctors & Medical Professionals in Punjab Province in 2023
Establishing a clinic has become very difficult task for doctors and health professionals in Punjab now a days as doctors have to fulfill the minimum criteria of the Punjab health foundation. Lot of funds are required for this purpose. Banks give loans on high interest rates. Now Punjab government has decided to help the medical professionals in this regard under Sehat Sahulat package.
Chief Minister Punjab has decided to provide up to 2.5 million interest free loans to medical professionals in Punjab. This interest free loan will be through Punjab Health Foundation for establishing new clinics and for upgrading the standard and facilities on current clinics.
1-Loan below 1 million rupees will be given on the basis of personal guarantee.
2-Loan above one million rupees will be given on the basis of property mortgage.
Graduate doctors, specialist doctors including young doctors, general physicians, dentists, nurses, lady health visitors and medical technicians individually or in group practice can apply to get interest free loan from Punjab government. Interested doctors and health professionals can apply online for getting interest free loan. No final date has been given for applying online, so do not waste time and apply immediately for interest free loan.

Remember that loan will be provided within 45 days. Almost 8000 health professionals will get benefit from this scheme. Already PHF has disbursed .75 billion rupees loans to 1600 professionals. These loans are for both new and old clinics.
