Education Testing and Evaluation Agency ETEA will conduct the entry test. Only the students who have domicile of KPK, AJK, and Northern areas(Giligit & Baltistan) are eligible to apply. Candidates who want to take admission in UET Peshawar and its satellite campuses (Jalozai, Mardan, Bannu, Abbottabad and Kohat) on open merit/reserved quotas/non-subsidized scheme or reciprocal basis are directed to appear entrance test conducted by ETEA. KPK ETEA Entry Test Schedule 2024 For UET Peshawar
You can get online entry test form from www.enggentrancetest.pk. All the candidates will have to pay ECAT entrance test fee of Rs-2500/- in any branch of UBL through out the country. This entrance test fee is non refundable and non transferable. Account to account transfer of entrance test fee will not be accepted. Kindly write following details on fee deposit slip

After the submission of entrance exam fee in any branch of United Bank Limited , you will receive a receipt, which will contain Nine digits transaction number, Four digits bank branch code number and date of transaction. You will use all these information as authentication key to online registration form. After completing the online registration process, you will get a online entry test card, which will contain your roll number and test center details.
Eligibility Criteria
1-Candidates must have passed intermediate(Pre-Engineering) exam from any recognized board of Pakistan or an equivalent examination from overseas with minimum sixty percent UN-adjusted marks in a combination described below.
2-Candidates awaiting the result of F.Sc part 2 are also eligible to apply but they have to submit their result cards before the last date p submission of admission forms.
3-Applicants must have have the following combination of subjects in intermediate.
a-For all engineering and non-engineering programs; Physics, Math & Chemistry
in addition
b-For Computer System Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, Computer Science and Architecture; Physics, Math & Computer Science.
4-Students, who have passed Diploma of Associate Engineer or B.Tech with at least sixty percent unadjusted marks are also eligible to apply for their reserved seats in respective disciplines only. Such candidates are not eligible to apply against open merit seats at all.

Entry test will be taken at following 4 centers. Candidates belonging to different boars will be allotted centers as follows;
Abbottabad/AJK & Giligit Baltistan Boards—-Abbottabad Center, Ayub Medical College
Peshawar, Mardan Kohat boards—-Peshawar center a)Islamia College Ground b) Cricket Ground opposite to Khyber Medical College. Peshawar
Swat & Malakand boards—- Swat center
DIKhan & Bannu boards—– DI Khand Center
Federal and all other boards—-Any center

Last Date for online registration—-0-07-2024.
Entrance Test Date—-0-08-2024 at 8 PM in all centers.
Result Announcement—0-08-2024.
Important Announcement
All candidates who want to get admission in any private or public engineering college/university within the geographical territory of KPK will have to appear in in the entrance exam conducted by ETEA on 00-08-2024.
Candidates who will appear in entrance exam will have to buy undergraduate prospectus and submit admission forms for all categories including Non-Engineering programs according to admission schedule of university, which will be announced after result of entrance exam.
Only ETEA is eligible to conduct entrance exam for Non-Engineering programs i.e Computer science and Architecture not NTS

It is clearly written in the ad that only the students who have domicile of KPK, AJK, and Northern areas(Giligit & Baltistan) are eligible to apply. But my common sense says that there must be some quota for fata students. You should contact UET Peshawar for confirmation.
