Due to which now the implementation process of Prime Minister loan scheme will speed up. 23 banks will provide 30 billion rupees during the current year. State bank has informed the federal government in written about this progress. Last year scheme was launched under NBP and FWBL. Sindh bank has also joined this program. Bank Alhabib, Alfalah bank, UBL, HBL and ABL will provide 2 billion rupees each. BOP, Standard Chartered Bank, Askari and Faisal Bank will offer 1 billion rupees each.
Share of Summit Bank, NIB Bank, Habib Metro Bank will be 0.5 billion each. Other banks will provide loans as per their equity ratio. Hopefully now the process will be faster then before.
